Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales:

  Drive sales and business development efforts within designated key accounts.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

• Market Expansion:

  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the assigned territories.

• Negotiation & Closure:

  Lead techno-commercial negotiations to successfully close high-value deals and achieve sales targets.

• Margin Management:

  Focus on maximizing profit margins for all sales and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (First Class) from a reputable college, coupled with an MBA.

• Experience:

  12–15 years of experience in corporate selling and business development, with a strong focus on high-value products.

  Experience in selling PV modules is essential.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations.

• Language:

  Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Proven ability to network effectively within the Solar PV industry.

• Core Competencies:

  Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. You must be adept at handling objections and managing your time effectively.
