Job Description

  • Leading and Motivating the Sales Team:AGMs guide, mentor, and motivate their team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Performance Management:They monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Training and Development:AGMs may develop and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:They may be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales team members.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Plans:AGMs create and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities:They identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region or market segment.
  • Market Analysis and Research:AGMs stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Target Achievement:They are responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the team is aligned with sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: AGMs build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding Client Needs: They develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives to tailor sales approaches.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: AGMs ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management:They manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:AGMs collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:They prepare and present sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Strong experience in sales leadership and management, particularly in real estate.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
