Assistant General Manager Project

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects with 10+ years of experience in Interior project execution preferred, your role will involve expertise in interior fit-outs, interior finishing works, vendor management, cost estimation, and developing budgets. You will be responsible for controlling time management, activity and resource planning, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing good negotiation skills. Making daily reports will also be a part of your routine tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Planning and Project Budgeting Execution - Billing and monitoring of complete site activities - Preparation of BOQs and cost estimates - Aligning design and construction plans to overall projects and suggesting corrective measures - Conducting necessary site meetings with contractors and clients - Coordinating with Sub-Contractors, Labor, Client, Architects, Consultants, and PMCs - Overseeing overall Project Management from marking to site handover - Finalizing the project plan for construction and fit-out with vendors - Controlling and optimizing construction costs and quality of work To qualify for this role, you should have experience in executing large-scale Retail and hospitality projects or commercial projects. A degree in B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or B.Arch in Any Specialization is required.
