Position Title: Assistant General Manager Marketing & Admissions

Role Overview:

Drive region-specific marketing and admissions strategies to meet enrolment goals. Build institutional partnerships and lead outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute region-specific marketing and admissions plans to achieve enrolment targets, using regional data to optimize strategies and monitor progress.
  • Build relationships with top engineering institutions for academic collaboration and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead outreach activities (counsellor meetings, academic leadership events, open houses) to promote the Institutes vision and drive applications.
  • Collaborate with central teams to share insights, network contacts, and support campaigns.
  • Provide periodic marketing insights and analytical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with admissions policies, diversity initiatives, and regional regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong regional networking and student behaviour insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Education Preferred:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field.
