Analyze data and create monthly reports. 12. Pitch deals to leadership and coordinate closures. 13. Lead inspections, audits, and manage client tender/procurement needs. 14. Oversee marketing collaterals and international approvals. 15. Guide and develop the international business team.
Job Requirements And Responsibilities 1. Supervise all store activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatching of materials. 2. Ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions in ERP (preferably SAP or equivalent). 3. Maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, consumables, packing material, and finished goods. 4. Implement effective inventory control procedures (FIFO, stock audits, physical verification, etc.). 5. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement. 6. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises. 7. Prepare periodic stock reports, aging reports, and reconciliation statements for audits. 8. Lead and train store staff for effective inventory handling, ISO and SAP compliance. 9. Monitor the movement of non-moving/slow-moving/obsolete inventory and initiate disposal or usage actions. 10. Ensure proper tagging/ identification / stagging of material while storage for Proper Identification 11. Ensure or Improve Store TAT for all transactions i.e. Receipt to GRN to Bill Submission to accounts. 12. Ensure optimum space utilization for all Store Material for efficient space management.
