  • Engineer (Electrical or Electronics) or MBA
  • 6 years+ of experience in export sales or international business, with specific experience in MENA
  • Proven track record in identifying and developing export markets, managing distributors, and driving international sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and close deals with international partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with an understanding of cross-cultural business practices.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business to develop new markets and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Export Sales Strategy

    :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive export sales strategy and focusing on key regions and target countries for growth.
  • Set sales targets for exports and ensure their achievement by driving international sales efforts and developing a robust pipeline.
  • Market Research & Development

    :
  • Conduct market research to identify potential export destinations, assess competitive landscapes, and analyze demand for products.
  • Explore new business opportunities by identifying trends and market gaps.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with distributors and dealers.
  • Sales Operations & Export Management

    :
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Oversee pricing strategies, considering currency fluctuations, shipping costs, and competitive pricing in target regions.
  • Relationship Building & Account Management

    :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements distributors, ensuring favorable terms and long-term collaborations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting their sales efforts in local markets.
  • Trade Shows & International Marketing

    :
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums to promote products and build a network of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding strategies for international markets.
  • Leverage digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to support export sales, particularly in regions where online channels are prevalent.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    :
  • Track and analyze export sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on export activities, performance against sales targets, and market trends.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, order volumes, and market penetration.
