Assistant General Manager (AGM) HR

As the General Manager of HR for our company in India, you will play a crucial role in leading our HR department and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with our business goals - Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes - Manage employee relations and effectively resolve conflicts - Design and execute performance management systems - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Lead training and development initiatives for our employees - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and policies **Qualifications Required:** - 10-20 years of experience in HR management - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India - Proven experience in talent acquisition and management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite - Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, our company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance - Paid sick time This is a full-time, permanent role with day shift hours from Monday to Friday.
