Description

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agency representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to clients effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,960.10 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
