As a Life Insurance - Direct Sales Agent, your role is crucial in reaching out to clients and providing them with tailored life insurance solutions to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities: - Assess clients" insurance needs and offer appropriate life insurance solutions. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking. - Conduct presentations and demos of life insurance products to potential clients. - Cultivate long-term client relationships to establish trust and loyalty. - Assist clients with completing applications and paperwork for insurance policies. - Provide ongoing support and customer service throughout the policy lifecycle. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to offer accurate information to clients. Requirements: - Any Graduate. - Sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Knowledge of life insurance products and related financial services. - Analytical skills to understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions. - Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe. - Comfortable with tele calling and field work. - Insurance knowledge is essential. In this full-time role, you will receive benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a performance bonus provided. You should have a Two Wheeler and a valid Driving Licence. Travel is required for this position.
