Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote banking products and services.
• Identify and understand customer needs to effectively present solutions that align with their financial goals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and improve product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tele sales or another sales-related role, preferably within the banking industry.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales activities and data.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
