Assistant General Manager (AGM) HR

As the General Manager of HR at our company in India, you will play a crucial role in leading our HR department. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You will also be responsible for overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, designing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, leading training and development initiatives, and advising management on HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes - Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts - Design and execute performance management systems - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Lead training and development initiatives - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements - Advise management on HR best practices and policies Qualifications Required: - 10-20 years of experience in HR management - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India - Proven experience in talent acquisition and management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite - Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be responsible for overseeing benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and managing the work schedule, which includes day shift from Monday to Friday.
