Role Overview:

Front Office Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations of reception, reservations & guest services
• Act as a

  Guest Relations Executive

  – warmly welcoming guests, assisting with itineraries, and ensuring personalized service
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, billing, and special requests smoothly
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and other departments for flawless service
• Train & mentor front desk associates to uphold TPC’s service standards
• Manage guest feedback, resolve issues, and elevate satisfaction levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of front office/hospitality experience in boutique, luxury hotels, or resorts
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera, Cloud PMS, IDS or similar)
• A creative and proactive personality who enjoys curating experiences, not just processes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
