Assistant Finance Manager

Job Summary:

Espire Hospitality is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Finance Manager from a hospitality background only to support financial operations at the property level. The role involves managing accounting functions, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and system controls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the hotel
• Handle general accounting, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities
• Manage GST compliances, including return filing and reconciliations
• Handle Income Tax, TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings
• Ensure accurate accounting and reporting using Prolific PMS
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow management
• Liaise with corporate finance team and external consultants as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Industry: Hospitality background only (Hotel experience mandatory)
• Software Knowledge:
• Proficient in Prolific Software
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Technical Skills:
• GST
• Income Tax
• TDS
• General Accounting

Pay: ₹23,487.56 - ₹80,431.76 per month
