1. The role is going to manage activities at the factory/ manufacturing location, which includes efficient and effective production and timely completion, quality control, quality assurance and despatch of the manufactured products to the market.

2. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations

3. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

4. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

5. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

6. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

7. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

8. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime.

9. Commit to plant safety procedures.

11. The role is responsible for ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered and the image of the organization is sustained externally.

12. Introduction & Implementation of good manufacturing practices in the plant including BRC, ISO 22000

14. Achieving targets related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery and customer satisfaction

16. Ensure all production KPI's are met as per budget

Job Summary: To oversee all daily operations of a food processing unit at Bangalore, shall be responsible from development, production, manufacturing and timely completion of production
