Assistant Factory Manager

As a Factory Manager in Wire Factory, your main responsibilities will include maintaining critical stock levels by managing book stock and physical stocks, purchasing raw materials, overseeing plant stores receive issue, custody, accounting, finalization, and material transfer between plants. You will be responsible for inventory control, generating MIS reports, implementing materials requirement planning, and ensuring proper storing of materials. Additionally, you will categorize fast/slow/non-moving materials, frame store guidelines for material movement workflow, and manage store organization and functions. You will be required to report on store performance, handle basic store accounting tasks, conduct monthly stocktaking, and manage scrap disposal. This role is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh, before starting work is required. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates with at least 4 years of experience as a Factory Manager in a Wire Factory. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. The work location for this position is in person.,
