As a Factory Manager in Wire Factory, your main responsibilities will include maintaining critical stock levels by managing book stock and physical stocks, purchasing raw materials, overseeing plant stores receive issue, custody, accounting, finalization, and material transfer between plants. You will be responsible for inventory control, generating MIS reports, implementing materials requirement planning, and ensuring proper storing of materials. Additionally, you will categorize fast/slow/non-moving materials, frame store guidelines for material movement workflow, and manage store organization and functions.
