Assistant Factory Manager

As an Assistant Factory Manager at our leading manufacturing company specializing in high-quality liquid filtration systems, you play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations and meeting customer delivery timelines. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing all factory operations to ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, manage manpower effectively, schedule machinery maintenance, and achieve timely delivery of production targets within cost, quality, and safety parameters. - Managing production by planning, scheduling, and overseeing production processes to meet customer demands, monitoring daily output, and taking corrective actions as needed. You should be adept at handling manpower for fabrication jobs, managing a team of 80 to 100 people efficiently, and implementing systematic workflows akin to the automobile industry. - Implementing and maintaining quality standards in accordance with company policies, coordinating with the Quality Control team to minimize rework and rejection, and ensuring adherence to ISO/industry standards. - Supervising and guiding department heads, operators, and workers, monitoring attendance, discipline, and productivity, coordinating training for shop floor employees, and collaborating with other departments for smooth operations. - Managing preventative maintenance schedules, minimizing machine downtime and breakdowns, coordinating with the purchase department for raw material procurement, overseeing store management, shuffling labor across departments based on workload, monitoring scrap material disposal, and coordinating with the design team for any changes in drawings, dimensions, or Bill of Materials. - Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, promoting Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and fostering a safe working environment for all employees. This position is full-time and requires your presence at our Turbhe, Navi Mumbai location.,
