Assistant Factory Manager
- Manage the production as per customer delivery priority
- Manage the Man power count for maximum output
- Manage the recruitment of labour as per requirement
- Manage the inventory and update books for accurate records
- Manage the material incoming & dispatch
- Cordinate with vendors for supply of material
- Hands-on with trouble shooting smaller issues on production floor
Required Experience
- Should understand the technicalities of lighting industry
- Should have 10- 15 yrs , preferrably in lighting industry
- Should know how to manage staff on production floor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
