Assistant Factory Manager

As an Assistant Factory Manager at Camerry Ice Cream, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations at our manufacturing unit. Your strong leadership skills and passion for the food manufacturing industry will be instrumental in ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and complying with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day factory operations to ensure a smooth workflow. - Monitor production processes to uphold high-quality standards and enhance efficiency. - Supervise and provide training to factory staff for optimizing productivity and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations. - Oversee inventory management and collaborate with the procurement team. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager to strategize and enhance production processes. - Prepare reports on production performance and operational challenges. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in factory operations, preferably in the FMCG or food industry. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. - Excellent communication and team management abilities.
