Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities including cutting, welding, bending, machining, and assembly. Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments. Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machinery. Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for material availability. Ensure adherence to quality standards, welding norms, and dimensional accuracy. Oversee shop-floor workforce (fabricators, welders, machine operators, helpers). Implement 5S, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of fabrication machinery. Enforce safety protocols related to welding, cutting, lifting, and machine operations. Prepare daily production reports, monitor KPIs, and support management reviews. Required Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in a Metal Fabrication Manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ability to read technical drawings. Proven experience in team handling and production supervision. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ISO, safety, and fabrication quality systems. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
