Accounts Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to support the accounts team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, Tally and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software (e.g., Tally) Handle accounts payable and receivable functions Prepare bank reconciliations and support monthly closings Maintain and organize financial documents and records Assist in generating invoices, billing, and follow-ups on payments Support audit processes by preparing required documentation Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment and invoice queries Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations Perform other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, Tally Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fresher or max 6 months experienced candidates needed.
