Job Description

Manufacturing Process & Support: Aid in tooling setup, optimization, troubleshooting across various manufacturing processes, and assist with documentation.
Quality Assurance & Maintenance: Perform quality checks using precision instruments, document results, and support tool maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear engineering documentation, generate reports on tooling performance, and manage technical drawings.
Material Selection & Safety: Help select appropriate materials/components, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Project Coordination & Daily Updates: Assist with project schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, collect daily production data, and report key metrics.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, blueprint reading (including GD&T), materials science, measurement tools, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication (written/verbal), teamwork, proactive learning, organizational, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
