Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Engineer, located in Maharastra. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in engineering projects, conducting research, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The Assistant Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and other team members to support Sugar Plant planning and execution, documentation, and quality control.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools, problem-solving skills in sugar Plant
• Compliance and Documentation: Knowledge of engineering standards, attention to detail in documentation
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, strong communication skills
• Relevant Experience: Prior experience in an engineering role of 5 years in sugar plant, familiarity with industry best practices
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Other Beneficial Skills: Experience in sugar plant management,
