Assistant Design Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Design Department by effectively allocating resources. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and achieving Key Result Areas (KRAs) related to Design, prioritizing tablet and tooling design requests, and collaborating with other departments such as marketing, production, and development teams to ensure design alignment. You will also be required to analyze customer feedback, complaints, and production gaps to improve on designs, provide Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, and support senior management in planning and executing production and operations strategies. Additionally, you will coordinate between departments including Design, Production, Quality, and Sales to facilitate a smooth workflow, monitor daily production targets, timelines, and quality standards, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. Maintaining compliance with ISO standards, safety norms, and customer requirements will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for vendor coordination and inventory management for tools and raw materials, generating MIS reports, presenting operational performance updates, supporting the team in resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely project delivery.,
