Assistant Manager Design

Position:

• Strong knowledge of

  mechanical structural design

  and related manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in

  3D CAD (Solid Edge)

  for concept and large assembly design.
• Preparation of

  BOM

  , revision management, and drawing release through

  PLM (Teamcenter)

  .
• Understanding of

  ECN/ECR process

  , design documentation, and calculation
• Exposure to

  ERP systems

  like Oracle NetSuite or SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to lead projects from concept design to production and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of engineering materials, load calculations, and bought-out components (vacuum pump, blower, jetting pump, etc.).
• Basic understanding of

  drive systems

  ,

  hydraulics

  ,

  electrical

  , and

  pneumatic systems

  .
• Prior experience in any of the following domains is desirable:
  a) Suction Excavators, Vacuum Trucks, Fire/Foam Trucks b) Liquid Waste Management Products c) Truck Superstructures (Tippers, Load Bodies, etc.) d) Heavy Machinery & Construction Equipment

e) farm & Agri Equipment

f) Vehicle Integration

g) Earth Moving Equipment

h) Automotive & Commercial Vehicle

Software Skills:

Solid Edge ( Mandatory ) PLM – Teamcenter, ERP Oracle NetSuite
