Job Description

Position Summary:

The Construction Sales professional will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, converting leads, and promoting MyScaai Bharat Construction’s services for residential, villa, and turnkey projects. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through strong client engagement, market intelligence, and coordination with internal teams to deliver customized construction solutions that align with the client’s vision and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable design and construction proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for construction, interior, and turnkey projects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process — from inquiry generation to project handover.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality, digital campaigns, and conversion strategy.
  • Maintain accurate client data, leads, and project status updates in CRM.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with the architecture and operations teams for design, estimation, and project feasibility discussions.
  • Conduct site visits with clients, ensuring clarity on design scope and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and construction industry developments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of residential and villa construction processes.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of project estimation, costing, and client consultation.
  • CRM and sales funnel management proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration or related field. MBA, Sales & Marketing
  • Experience: 3–10 years in construction or real estate sales (preferably residential or turnkey projects).
  • Preferred Industry: Construction, Interiors, Real Estate Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,627.81 - ₹95,237.74 per month
