Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Company Secretary located on-site in Karnal. The Assistant Company Secretary will handle day-to-day secretarial tasks, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires effective communication, as well as management of correspondence and filing of legal documents.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of company law, regulatory requirements, and compliance
• Experience with maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus
• Professional qualifications such as ICSI membership are preferred
