Assistant Clinic Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Management of staff and doctors for smooth functioning of Centre.

· Applying strategies to increase patient footfall.

· Maintained PSAT level such as feedback of patients, Google reviews, patient journey TAT etc.

· Counselling patients for various treatment plans/ packages as recommended by Dermatologist.

· Maintaining all legal documents for the smooth functioning of treatments/ procedures.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

· Coordinating with marketing department for increasing patient footfall.

· Monitor and analyse clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

· Reporting daily report to Operations Head/ Clinic Head also giving brief on client appointments for next day , actual footfall for the day vs appointments, most and least offered treatments/ packages, most/ least recommended treatment plans.

· Training of new/old staff in case of any upgradation of process flow.

· Monthly audit of different departments.

· Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders

· Handle patient inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

• Communication & Documentation Skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided
• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
