Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chef, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Chef will assist the head chef in daily RnD and NPD, Training, Trials and other daily food operation improvements. Qualifications Culinary skills: Food preparation, Cooking, Plating Experience in Kitchen Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, Ensuring food quality Health and Safety knowledge: Adhering to health and safety regulations Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in menu planning Effective communication and time management skills Experience in an Indian cuisine establishment is a plus Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
