We are hiring an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of our premium day-care cum preschool centres in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing all aspects of centre operations
• Ensure high standards of child supervision, care, learning, and nutrition
• Support the management of the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
• Facilitate regular and meaningful parent engagement to ensure strong relationships and satisfaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children in line with our brand’s standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in teaching, supervision, or management preferably in the education sector

Skills:

• Strong command over English
• Ability to support large teams and interact confidently with discerning parents
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Commerce or a related field
• Additional certifications such as ECCE, Teacher Training or Child Psychology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
