Milton is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager role for Mumbai - Kandivali location.

JD - Assistant Brand Manager

-Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights

-Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

-Create, execute, and manage marketing campaigns & activations.

-Work with marketing team on multiple brand lead initiatives

-Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.

-Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI (return on investment) and KPIs

-Establish and maintain brand budgets

-Drive & monitor market trends, consumer research, Insights, competitors’ activities

-Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

-Media planning including ATL, Brand assets, Digital, brand ambassador & influencers

-Devise innovative growth strategies

-Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics

Skills Set :

•Knowledge of current marketing trends, preferably in consumer markets and with promotional mechanism relevant to different customer groups.

•Should be from FMCD/FMCG/Automotive sector background.

•Demonstrated experience in branding and communication activities.

•Proven experience in digital marketing activities.

•Proven record of brand lead TVC’s along with celebrity endorsements. Brand architecture & brand positioning expert.
