Over the last few years, the brand has also launched 2 new product categories - Waffles and Ice Creams. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Analyst located in Okhla, Delhi. The Growth Analyst will be responsible for analysing data, conducting marketing analytics, generating actionable insights, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include performing data analysis, creating reports, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and communicating findings to senior executives. Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for growth. Generate and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools. Assist in segmentation of customers based on purchase patterns, demographics, and behaviour. Use CRM tools to track and align customer journeys, engagement levels, and campaign performance. Share consumer insights to support the marketing team in planning campaigns and communication. Collaborate with performance marketing teams by providing insights that help align campaigns on Meta, Google, and other social platforms.
