Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development

  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Generate new business leads for loan products such as gold loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, SME loans, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance branch performance.
  • Assist in planning and executing local marketing and promotional activities.

2. Branch Operations

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, documentation, and loan processing activities.
  • Ensure accurate KYC verification and maintain loan files as per company policy.
  • Supervise cash transactions, disbursements, and collections.

3. Credit & Risk Assessment

  • Assist in evaluating loan proposals and verifying borrower credentials.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management procedures.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up for timely repayments.

4. Staff Supervision & Support

  • Guide and support branch staff in achieving individual performance targets.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and help in staff skill development.
  • Maintain teamwork, discipline, and motivation among the branch team.

5. Customer Service

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist in retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones through referrals.

6. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business, collections, and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to RBI and company compliance standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate branch records.

7. Collection & Recovery

  • Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate recovery actions.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to reduce NPAs and improve collection efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Finance preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in NBFC or banking operations.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and credit processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
