Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced; customer service oriented Assistant Branch Manager Sales - Gold Buying to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager Sales is responsible for delivering superior service to our customers as well as for managing the branch operations and customer relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate staff or sales activity

Oversee all daily operations at the branch level

Accountable to achieve sales goals asset by the business

Ensure basic controls, compliance, regulatory requirements are met

Liaise with other departments within the Company

Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints

Maintain an accurate customer database

Generate weekly sales and profit reports for management

Execute and ensure efficient sales process

Manage and ensure accurate gold valuation and assessment

Ensure all operations are recorded and properly processed in the CRM software

Ensure timely releasing of pledge gold

Manage and monitor branch operations including staffing

Up-sell and cross-sell relevant financial products to customers

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Proficient in English communication

Computer literate

2+years in the Gold buying Industry in a supervisory role

Strong skills in Branch Sales, Customer relationship

Experience in Gold valuation and assessment process, releasing pledge gold and

Transaction through CRM software

Excellent Time Management skills

Exceptional Communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Computer knowledge

Proven leadership ability on manage and motivate teams for sales performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
