Job Description

Role Overview: You will act as the point of contact at the branch for students and parents throughout their journey. Your main responsibilities will include resolving queries and grievances promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This involves clarifying doubts, addressing complaints, coordinating with other departments on behalf of students/parents, and ensuring student retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficient budget management, timely revenue collection, legal and operational compliance, facility safety, and student security. Leading a team of executives (EDP, Admin, Accounts) will also be part of your role to foster collaboration and maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, resolving queries and grievances promptly - Ensure retention of students and minimize dropouts - Monitor budget efficiency and timely revenue collection - Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements, oversee facility safety and student security - Lead a team of executives (EDP, Admin, Accounts) for effective collaboration and business continuity - Provide support to maintain operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and strong business acumen - Proficient in time and work management, prioritization, team handling, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle customers calmly, empathetically, and patiently, with strong sales persuasion skills - Excellent networking and presentation skills for conducting seminars - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, writing emails, and comfortable working with sales and services-related software Additional Details: The job type is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses provided. The required education is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Admission, or Business Development is necessary. Proficiency in English and Telugu is required for this in-person work location.,
