Assistant Branch Manager

Role Overview: You will act as the point of contact at the branch for students and parents throughout their student journey. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances, maximizing customer satisfaction levels, retaining students, controlling left-outs, efficiently managing the budget, collecting revenue on time, ensuring legal and operational compliances, overseeing facility safety and student security, and leading a team of executives towards effective collaboration for maintaining business continuity and operational efficiency.
