Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Visakhapatnam. The responsibilities include assisting in branch operations, leading and supervising the team, managing client relationships, and meeting sales and service targets. The Assistant Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, provide training and mentorship to staff, and report on branch performance to senior management. Building strong relationships with customers and addressing their queries will also be a key component of the role.

• Customer relationship management and client satisfaction skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Sales and target achievement experience
• Knowledge of the real estate industry, financial processes, and legal compliance is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technological tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
