Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager - MLAP in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
