Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of branch staff to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
