Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in Micro Finance and MLAP.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost micro finance and MLAP business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Identify and mitigate risks, implementing necessary measures to prevent losses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in micro finance, MLAP, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in micro finance and MLAP.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong stakeholder relationships.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
