Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead our Anna Nagar team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chit fund operations, team management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor and manage branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and enhance profitability.
Foster relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure the branch delivers a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Risk Management:Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
Ensure all transactions and operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analysis:Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Analyze branch metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chit fund operations, with a preference for those with managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of chit fund regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant financial software.
• Fluent in English and Tamil.
