Job Description

Here are some responsibilities for an Assistant Branch Manager who is focused on coaching:

  • Team Development and Training: Assist in identifying the training needs of branch staff, providing coaching on key skills like customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Develop tailored training programs to enhance team performance and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching sessions, and setting achievable performance goals. Address areas for improvement through one-on-one coaching.
  • Motivation and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by motivating the team, encouraging collaboration, and supporting individual and team development. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to maintain morale and enthusiasm.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Assist branch employees in overcoming operational challenges and resolving customer issues, providing guidance and coaching to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Sales Coaching: Guide the team in achieving sales goals by offering strategies, techniques, and role-playing exercises. Provide on-the-job coaching for staff to improve sales conversions and meet branch targets.
  • Customer Experience Coaching: Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on creating a customer-first culture, improving communication skills, and enhancing problem-solving capabilities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Performance Reviews: Support the branch manager in providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Offer actionable coaching for team members to improve and grow within the branch.
  • Process Improvement Coaching: Coach team members on best practices for branch operations and efficient workflow. Encourage the team to implement process improvements and continuously enhance productivity.
  • Leadership Development: Coach potential future leaders within the team, helping them develop leadership skills and prepare for higher responsibilities within the branch.
  • Compliance and Standards Training: Ensure staff understands and follows all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements by providing regular coaching and training on compliance standards.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Track individual and team performance, document coaching sessions, and provide regular reports to the branch manager about the progress and success of coaching initiatives.
  • Succession Planning: Assist with identifying high-potential employees and provide coaching to help them advance in their careers within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
