Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Assistant and Associate Professors in the areas of Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Health Care, Operations & Supply Chain and Finance to deliver high-impact learning and contribute to academic excellence at RMS Business School. The ideal candidate must have strong academic expertise and practical insights in management, with the ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching methods, real-world cases, and active interaction.

They should have a forward-looking outlook, with knowledge of emerging trends, digital transformation, and the evolving business landscape. The role includes contributing to curriculum development, student mentorship, industry collaboration, and support the activities of the Admissions and Placements at the school. Strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, the ability to integrate modern technologies into teaching are essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging courses in management by integrating contemporary research, industry best practices, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Research: Publish research papers in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals and contribute to the institute’s research profile in your area of expertise through conferences, grants, and collaborative projects.
• Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, supervise student’s projects, field trips and placement, fostering their intellectual growth, professional readiness, and entrepreneurial mindset. Supervise student research, projects, field trips and placement.
• Curriculum Development: Actively participate in the design, review, and enhancement of curriculum to ensure relevance, academic rigor, and alignment with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Additional Participation: Support the activities of the Admissions and Placements at the school, managing academic administration as assigned (managing exam, scheduling classes) and any other relevant duties and responsibilities that the school may require you undertake from time to time.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong academic record and research publications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, such as learning management systems and data analytics software
• Experience with online teaching methodologies
• Strong networking and industry connections
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and Hindi

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Regular /Full Time Master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute/university (M.Phil/ NET/SET/ Ph.D)
• For Assistant Professor: Min 2 years of work experience as Teaching Faculty in BBA or MBA Department for assistant professor preferred.
• For Associate Professor: Min 8 years of work experience as Teaching Faculty in BBA or MBA Department for assistant professor preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹4.8 L – ₹7.2 L per annum

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 5 PM
