Job Title: Video Editor & graphic designer (Freelance & On-site Roles Available) Location: RMS Business School, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana Industry: EdTech / Higher Education Job Overview: RMS Business School is looking for dynamic and creative individuals who are passionate about storytelling through reels, videos, and digital creatives. We are hiring for two roles – Freelance and On-site – to boost our online presence through engaging content featuring our students, faculty, and campus life. 1. Freelance Content Creator Responsibilities: Create high-quality Instagram reels, short videos, and graphics for RMS Business School's digital platforms. Develop educational and promotional content tailored for the EdTech and MBA admissions audience. Collaborate with our marketing team to understand branding and content goals. Visit the campus occasionally (minimum once or twice a month) for planned video shoots. Edit videos and reels using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc. Requirements: Prior experience in video creation, especially reels for Instagram/YouTube Shorts. Good understanding of the EdTech industry and youth-oriented content. Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools. Willingness to visit the Gurugram campus occasionally for shoots. Strong communication skills and creativity. 2. On-Site Content Creator Responsibilities: Work from RMS Business School campus (Gurugram) to regularly create and edit content. Coordinate with students, faculty, and staff for interviews, testimonials, and day-in-the-life reels. Capture campus events, classroom activities, and other dynamic visuals. Edit and publish content for social media channels including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Contribute to marketing campaigns with creative input. Requirements: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram. Proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, InShot, Lightroom, etc. Creative mindset with a good eye for detail and visual storytelling. Understanding of the EdTech industry trends and digital content formats. Experience in handling DSLRs or mobile videography preferred.
