Assistant Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Suryabala Honda, a leading two-wheeler dealership group, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and assist the Accounts Manager in financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, P&L, and balance sheet reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filing processes.
• Coordinate with banks for fund management and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records.
• Assist in internal audits, cost control, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
• Support the Accounts Manager in managing the accounting team and dealership transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the automobile dealership sector.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / DMS software and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
