Financial operations: Oversee daily accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and vendor management. Reporting and analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management dashboards; track actual expenses against budgets and perform variance analysis. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile accounts, manage the fixed assets register, and assist with monthly and year-end closing processes. Compliance and audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies; assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Taxes: Calculate and process taxes, such as VAT, GST, and TDS, and file returns. Client communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Problem-solving: The ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently is a key skill for this role.
