What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a dependable person to support our day-to-day accounting activities and keep our records tidy. You’ll work directly with our senior accounting person and help out where needed—with payments, reports, and simple reconciliations. Your role will help make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Helping prepares basic financial summaries and ledgers
• Managing bills and payments—both incoming and outgoing
• Talking to suppliers and customers to resolve any invoice or payment issues
• Lending a hand with simple budgeting and expenditure tracking
• Keeping clear and organized records using our accounting software
• Assisting in preparing salaries and tax-related paperwork
• Coordinating with team members when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Accounting, Commerce, or similar background
• Around 3 years of experience in accounts or bookkeeping
• Familiarity with basic accounting software (like Zoho or similar)
• Clear understanding of everyday accounting practices
• Good with numbers, paperwork, and organizing files
• Honest, reliable, and able to manage time well
• Comfortable working in a small team with flexible roles

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a trading, manufacturing, or small business setup
• Nice to have - prior experience of Zoho books
• Any professional course or certification in accounts is an added bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
