Assistant Accounts Manager

As a candidate for the Manufacturing sector, your primary responsibilities will involve compliance work related tasks such as TDS Receivable Reconciliation with 26AS, MIRO Entries for Purchase booking, GST Returns filing including GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, and GST Audit, as well as Expenses Accounting. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling Purchase & Sales Inter branch & inter Company transactions at the end of every month. You will also need to prepare Monthly & Half Monthly AR Reports for customers. This role is predominantly local, with daily operations in AHM, Dariba, and Agucha. Your duties will also include Vendor and Customer Reconciliation, as well as Vendor creation in the system. You will be required to create Purchase Orders for Consumable items (Ahm) & Material items (Ahm), and for Assets & Miro & Assets Branch Transfer. Additionally, you will need to create an Interbranch Invoice system, handle Sales Order Deletion & Rejection in the system, and generate Credit Notes & Debit notes for Vendors & Customers. Import Material Documentation & Follow-up, as well as miscellaneous tasks like Logistics, Purchase, GRN Posting, and ISO Audit will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Compliance work related tasks - Knowledge of TDS reconciliation and GST filing - Proficiency in expenses accounting - Strong attention to detail for Purchase & Sales reconciliation - Ability to generate reports for AR and other financial transactions - Experience in Vendor and Customer reconciliation - Familiarity with Purchase Order creation and Invoice systems - Skill in handling Credit & Debit notes - Understanding of Import Material Documentation processes - Additional experience in Logistics, Purchase, and ISO Audit would be beneficial.,
