Job Description

Handle bank reconciliation statements and ensure timely closure of differences.
Record and verify sales entries related to vehicle sales, accessories, and services.
Process and post purchase entries including vendor invoices, expenses, and stock purchases.
Monitor and reconcile customer receipts, finance disbursements, and dealer incentives.
Coordinate with banks and finance companies for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/ERP/DMS).
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including invoice verification and data support.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and management reporting.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial postings.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
