Accessories Manager

Promote and upsell accessories to customers during and after vehicle sales.
Explain the features, benefits, and compatibility of accessories.Provide customized accessory packages based on customer needs and preferences.Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints or queries.Maintain optimum stock levels of fast- and slow-moving accessories.Monitor inventory usage, reorder levels, and coordinate with the procurement team.Conduct regular physical stock audits to prevent theft, damage, or discrepancies.Supervise and train accessory sales executives and fitment staff.Allocate tasks and set daily sales targets.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.Coordinate with the fitment team to ensure correct and timely installation.Ensure fitments are done as per manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.Handle post-installation checks and quality assurance.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Track sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.Monitor accessory profitability and stock turnover ratio.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Automotive).
• Technical knowledge or certification in automobile accessories is a plus.

Experience:

• 3–5 years in automobile showroom accessory sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in team handling or customer-facing roles preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
